The Gojira tribute band from Dutch soil. Backbone is made up of 5 musicians, each with a deep love for the iconic French metal band. And so they set out to recreate the raw sensation of a real Gojira show. With an amazing vocal performance from Marijn Balogh, accompanied by our earthshattering drummer Iwan Straasheijm, one gets very close. Closer still, with the two fantastic guitar players: Yngwie van den Brand and Jesse Steevensz. But what is a house without it's foundation. The "Backbone" of Backbone has to be the bassist; Evan van Leent.
